That is the normal case. We read most industrial equipment over Modbus RTU, pulse outputs, 4–20mA loops or simple retrofit sensors, then bridge it to the cloud through an edge gateway. No machine replacement required.
You do, on final payment — source code, schematics and cloud configuration included. We do not lock clients into a device platform they cannot leave.
Devices buffer readings locally and resend once the link returns, so you do not lose data during an outage. Gateways can also run rules offline so local control keeps working.
