Codeglint Software was founded in Navi Mumbai by ICON_Shivani Suryakant Pawar_NAME to solve a problem we kept watching businesses run into: a website built by one vendor, an app by another, and a piece of hardware by a third — with nobody responsible when the three refuse to talk to each other.
So we built a studio that covers the whole line. The same team that designs your interface writes your backend, publishes your mobile app and, when the project calls for it, flashes the firmware on the device sitting in your factory. One contract, one point of contact, one group of people who cannot pass the blame sideways.
We are deliberately small. That means we take on fewer projects than a large agency, and it means the person who answers your call knows exactly what changed in your codebase last Tuesday.
Every project starts with a document that says what is being built, what is not, and what it costs. Verbal scope is how projects die.
You get the developer's number. Questions get answered by the person who knows the answer, not relayed through three people.
